\nYour Role as Managing Veterinarian:

- Base salary of $175,000–$200,000, plus production and leadership incentives, providing the opportunity for significantly higher total earnings \n

Qualifications:

- DVM or equivalent degree \n
- 3+ years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred \n
