We invite you to become part of a cutting-edge facility as a full-time Electrophysiology Cardiologist in Richland, Washington. You will be welcomed into a highly skilled team that benefits from strong support from physician leaders. This position allows you to collaborate within a multidisciplinary group committed to serving a diverse patient population. Our established team includes:

  • 3 Electrophysiologists (EPs), with one planning to retire at the end of 2026
  • 4 Interventional Cardiologists
  • 5 General Cardiologists
  • Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) and support staff
  • Programs for TAVR and Heart Failure

Position Details
  • Full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, including administrative time
  • Onsite device clinic
  • Comprehensive onboarding and outstanding mentorship
  • Two EP labs, with a hybrid lab set to open in 2027
  • 1:1 ratio of APCs to EPs
  • Pulsed field ablation available for treating atrial fibrillation
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual compensation ranging from $712,517 to $989,480
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available
Qualifications & Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
