Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the physical therapy treatment plans for patients in their homes, as designed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Administer basic active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, and various modalities such as heat, cold, water, and electrical treatments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely submission of clinical documentation to the office on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in educational meetings and assist in coordinating departmental training sessions.
  • Inform the Physical Therapist or Branch Director about any equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or changes in staff or client status.
  • Utilize infection control practices and universal precautions while performing patient care tasks.

  • Active state license to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a healthcare team.
  • Thorough understanding of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes in the elderly population.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Compensation and Additional Information

Pay Per Visit/Unit Rate: $41.00 - $57.00

This position is considered patient-facing and is part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected, you will be required to undergo TB screening.

This role is also part of our driver safety program, necessitating a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance. You must maintain vehicle insurance that meets or exceeds your state’s minimum requirements, or at least $25,000 for bodily injury per person, $25,000 for bodily injury per event, and $10,000 for property damage, whichever is higher.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Salary Range: The compensation range provided reflects a good faith estimate of the starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, education, and certifications.

$64,000 - $87,500 per year
