Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead the execution of capital projects, equipment installations, automation initiatives, and manufacturing improvements. This position will oversee cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with operational goals. Description Responsibilities: Lead Project and Process Engineering teams across multiple capital projects. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and business cases. Manage equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup activities. Drive automation, process improvement, and plant expansion initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Validation. Oversee SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and other validation activities. Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting efforts. Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture. Manage engineering documentation, PFMEAs, and risk assessments. Profile Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 7+ years of Project Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience. Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Background managing capital equipment, automation, or facility expansion projects. Strong SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and project management experience. Familiarity with PFMEA, validation processes, and cross-functional leadership.
