Stefanini is looking for Mainframe Developer , Livonia, MI For quick apply, please reach out to Fardeen Ali at 248-582-6473/[email protected] We are looking for a Mainframe Developer for the Recall Suite of applications, supporting ongoing operations and strategic modernization. Key responsibilities include on-call support, operations support, customer interaction, and the continued development and modernization of these products. The engineer will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Product Manager, and fellow engineers to deliver projects and features that meet current business needs and advance the application migration journey to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Key Responsibilities Be an integral part of the Service Quality team, supporting Recall and Software products. Provide on-call and production support. Complete mandatory features supporting Software and compliance requirements. Address product-team deliverables and actively manage the backlog. Review and support defect-resolution efforts, assisting with prioritization within the backlog. Ensure the product delivers strong value propositions for customers and the business. Participate in the collaborative product-modernization journey alongside other IT product teams, vendors, and business customers. Experience Required 7+ years of experience in mainframe development, including design, analysis, and coding using: COBOL (IMS) JCL CA7 DB2 and/or BigQuery COBOL stored procedures Real-time and batch processing 2+ years of experience implementing z/OS Connect, SFTP, SOAP and REST APIs, and other methods for system-to-system communication and data exchange. Ability to design, develop, and maintain Mainframe COBOL and JCL to meet support and project requirements. Experience using source code management tools such as Endeavor and GitHub. Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve incidents and business-support issues. Ability to perform application-support tasks, including systems support, security and audit reviews, and maintenance activities. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work based on business impact and urgency. Experience with unit and integration testing. Experience Preferred Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
