School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

A supportive school district in Enosburg Falls, VT is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position serving K-12th Grade. This onsite role offers a collaborative, student-centered environment with strong support for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows.

Location: Enosburg Falls, VT
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45am-3:45pm
Grade Level: K-12th
Dates: Start August 26
Pay: $48-52+/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Experience:

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or eligible for) VT SLP licensure
• ASHA certification preferred (or CFY eligible)
