Make a difference in the lives of students as a contract School Psychologist working onsite for the upcoming academic year. This opportunity offers a flexible, part-time schedule at a well-supported middle school within a dynamic district. Collaborate with educators and families to support student growth and well-being, using your expertise in educational psychology.

Requirements:

  • Current Minnesota School Psychologist license
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention
  • Experience implementing social-emotional, behavioral, and academic supports in school settings
  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite (district is open to School Social Worker candidates if preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement effective intervention strategies
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student success
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student planning
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records and documentation
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment

  • Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
