BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable CPO Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Villa Rica, GA 30180. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and an active Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
  • Perform general apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic HVAC troubleshooting.
  • Maintain pools and spa areas in accordance with CPO standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor pool chemical levels, perform routine inspections, and maintain accurate pool maintenance logs.
  • Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
  • Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience maintaining residential or commercial pools and pool equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of general apartment maintenance functions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
