NQ-3PQE Commercial Property Solicitor

Cardiff | £45,000 - £50,000 DOE | Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE to join its growing team in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a strong commercial property practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters.

You will have the opportunity to work across a varied commercial property caseload, including:

  Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

\n
• \n

  Landlord and tenant matters

\n
• \n

  Freehold and leasehold transactions

\n
• \n

  Property portfolio management

\n
• \n

  Development and investment work

\n
• \n

  Refinancing and secured lending

\n
• \n

  Supporting corporate and commercial transactions where there is a real estate element

\n
• \n

  Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other property documentation

\n
• \n

  Advising clients throughout transactions from instruction through to completion

\n

The role will provide exposure to a broad client base and the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for your own matters as your experience develops.

The firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE who is keen to develop their technical and commercial expertise within a supportive team.

You will ideally have:

  Experience gained within a Commercial Property or Real Estate team, including relevant training contract experience

\n
• \n

  A good grounding in commercial property transactions

\n
• \n

  Experience of freehold and leasehold matters

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and client management skills

\n
• \n

  Excellent organisation and attention to detail

\n
• \n

  A proactive and commercially minded approach

\n
• \n

  The ambition to develop a long-term career within Commercial Property

\n

The firm will consider candidates at different stages within the 0-3 PQE range, provided they can demonstrate a genuine interest in Commercial Property and a strong foundation of relevant experience.
