- Managing a portfolio of client matters independently from instruction through to completion \n
- Building and managing client relationships as the primary client contact \n
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of legal and commercial documents \n
- Managing up to six matters concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines \n
- Working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders as required \n
- Delivering work in line with KPI, performance and client service expectations \n

- Demonstrating approximately three years' post-qualification experience in general commercial law within private practice or in-house environments across England and Wales \n
- Managing commercial legal matters independently and taking ownership of files from instruction through to completion \n
- Advising on technology and intellectual property contracts \n
- Supporting privacy, data protection and GDPR-related matters \n
- Advising on employment law matters \n
- Building strong client relationships through direct client engagement and a personable approach \n
- Utilising legal technology platforms confidently and effectively \n
- Working autonomously, efficiently and proactively to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines \n
