  • Research, draft, review and maintain high-quality Banking & Finance legal content.

  • Develop new content across key areas including legislation, precedents, practical guidance and market commentary.
  • \n
  • Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments to identify topics of relevance and interest to subscribers.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with legal experts, knowledge professionals and editorial teams to deliver market-leading content.
  • \n
  • Respond to subscriber enquiries and contribute to client engagement initiatives.
  • \n
  • Work closely with product and development teams to enhance the user experience and technical functionality of the platform.

  • Support the ongoing expansion and evolution of the Banking & Finance knowledge offering.

Profile

\n
    \n
  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.
  • \n
  • Strong Banking & Finance experience gained within private practice, chambers or a comparable environment.
  • \n
  • Recent transactional experience would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Experience in areas such as real estate finance and/or leveraged finance would be beneficial.
  • \n
  • Outstanding legal drafting and writing skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • \n
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • \n
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • \n
  • A genuine interest in legal knowledge, content development and legal technology.
  • \n
