We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal with a solid background in property law to enhance our team. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in the handling of all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish.
  • \n
  • Prepare and manage documents and correspondence related to property transactions.
  • \n
  • Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and liaise with clients, lenders, and agents.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.
  • \n
  • Provide support to senior conveyancers and ensure compliance with all legal standards.
  • \n
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    \n
  • A minimum of 2 years (+) of experience in residential conveyancing; this position is not suitable for recent LLB graduates wishing to progress as a SRA Solicitor as the firm is registered with the CLC.
  • \n
  • Proficient in managing multiple cases with strong attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with conveyancing software and case management systems.
  • \n
