Thermal Insulation Engineers

Good Afternoon,I am currently recruiting for a Thermal Insulation Engineer (TIE) position with KAEFER in Barrow.This is a highly specialised role, and we're looking for candidates with proven experience in thermal insulation. The Thermal Insulation Engineer is responsible for the installation of thermal and acoustic insulation systems for various equipment, pipework and flat surfaces to improve energy efficiency and safety. This role involves working to and ensuring that installations meet safety and environmental standards. Ideally, you will already hold a valid TICA card (Thermal Insulation Contractors Association). You must have the blue or Gold TICA card.Role Requirements:• Previous experience in thermal insulation is essential• Valid TICA card preferred• Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team on-siteRole Details• TICA terms and conditions• 3 on 4 off shift pattern (38 hours a week) + 1 day guaranteed overtime (12 hours)• Basic rate of £19.04 PAYE per hour inclusive of bonus• Overtime rate of £28.56• TICA lodge and fairs for travellers.
