Hospitality Assistant Location: Witney, OX29Salary: £13.45 per hourHours: 07:00 – 15:00Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join a busy and professional hospitality team in Witney .This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and is happy to get involved in all areas of hospitality.You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of hospitality across multiple rooms and two buildings , working closely with the Hospitality Supervisor and client team to ensure all requirements are met.The Role Your responsibilities will include:Delivering hospitality across multiple rooms and two buildingsBuilding and maintaining positive client relationshipsLiaising with clients' PAs to ensure all hospitality requirements are metPreparing and presenting buffets to a high standardServing coffee and hot foodOperating a cashless tillCleaning and maintaining hospitality areasPot washing and general kitchen supportAssisting with deliveriesClearing and resetting rooms after hospitality/eventsTaking responsibility for your designated areaWorking closely with the Hospitality Supervisor to meet and maintain expected standardsEnsuring all hospitality areas are clean, presentable and fully stockedSupporting the wider team wherever requiredAbout You We are looking for someone who:Has previous experience in hospitality, catering, customer service or a similar environmentHas a friendly, professional and positive attitudeSpeaks and understands a good level of EnglishIs confident dealing directly with clients and their representativesIs physically fit and able to move heavy hospitality trolleysTakes pride in their appearance and presentationHas excellent attention to detailIs reliable, organised and able to work independentlyIs a strong team playerIs flexible and willing to come in early when required to meet hospitality needsTakes ownership and responsibility for their areaIs happy to get involved with a variety of tasks and support the wider teamWeekend Holiday Cover The successful candidate will also be required to provide pre-booked weekend holiday cover when necessary.This will be communicated in advance to ensure you have plenty of notice.What We're Looking For This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied working day and takes pride in providing a first-class hospitality service.You'll be working as part of a team where everyone gets involved, so a can-do attitude, flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed are essential.Interested?
