Full-Time | Ongoing OpportunityWe are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established logistics operation within a temperature-controlled cold store warehouse .This is an excellent opportunity for skilled warehouse professionals looking for stable ongoing work within a fast-paced environment, with competitive pay and the chance to work as part of a professional logistics team.The RoleAs a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring goods are stored, picked, and dispatched accurately.Duties include:Operating a Reach Truck safely within a cold store environmentLoading, unloading, and moving palletised stockReplenishing picking locations to maintain stock availabilityPutting away inbound deliveries into designated storage areasPicking customer orders accurately when requiredCompleting stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scannersCarrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any defectsFollowing all health and safety proceduresMaintaining excellent standards of warehouse housekeepingSupporting wider warehouse duties when requiredWorking EnvironmentTemperature-controlled cold store warehouseWorking temperatures between approximately 0C and -25CFull PPE and specialist cold-weather clothing providedFast-paced logistics environment with productivity targetsManual handling may be requiredRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:A valid, accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)Previous experience operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse environmentGood understanding of warehouse health and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctual approach to workGood attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility with working hoursDesirable experience:Previous cold store or frozen food warehouse experienceExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Counterbalance Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)What We Offer£14.16 £16.49 per hourOngoing warehouse workFull PPE providedOpportunity to work within a reputable logistics operationSupportive team environmentStable employment with consistent hoursTPBN1_UKTJ
