We offer continuous professional development to all our carers, so you can enhance you career in care.We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a two separate service users with complex needs.The service users have complex care needs, and experience in Suctioning, PEG feeding, airway management and Manual Handling will be needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Complex Care and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more.You will be working on a full-time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance, and you will be paid weekly. There are working days and night available on an ongoing basis, as well as continual professional development.ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility supportAdminister medication and monitor health conditions in accordance with care plansStoke experienceAiway ManagementMedication and PEG feedingManual Handling and Hoist proceduresProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsExperiencePrevious experience in Complex Care is essentialKnowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and behaviour managementAt least 6 months Complex UK care experienceValid driving licence is preferred for this role involving transportation responsibilitiesPersonal CarePLEASE NOTE THAT NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE WITH THESE POSITIONSThese roles offers a rewarding career path for those passionate about providing compassionate care across diverse settings and we provide training, as well as continual professional development to enhance your career in care.
