\nAre you an experienced Move Manager, Move Coordinator or customer service professional looking to develop your career within the removals and relocation industry or would like to become one?

\nWhat You’ll Do
\nAs a Move Manager or Move Coordinator, you will manage customers’ moves from quotation acceptance through to successful completion, ensuring they receive a smooth and professional service throughout.
\nMain responsibilities include:
\n• Managing complete door-to-door removals and relocation services
\n• Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their move
\n• Liaising with internal departments, UK and international agents, suppliers and service partners
\n• Monitoring consignments and providing customers with regular updates
\n• Maintaining accurate documentation and following company procedures
\n• Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services
\n• Delivering an outstanding and stress-free moving experience
\nWhat You’ll Need
\n• Previous experience in move management, removals, relocation, customer service, account management or coordination or excellent customer service.
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
\n• A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
\n• Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
\n• The ability to work effectively within a busy team
\nPrevious removals or relocation industry experience would be highly advantageous. However, full training may be available for candidates with strong transferable customer service and coordination experience.
