Refrigeration Engineer – Data Centre Projects (London & M25)

Our client is a well-established mechanical contractor specialising in cooling installation works for mission-critical data centre environments, with additional work across healthcare and commercial sectors. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline, they're looking to add an experienced install engineer to their team working mainly across M25/M4 corridor. We have flexibility on someone who prefers undertaking delivery, or is looking to continue/progress into a supervisor role.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Installation of DX systems, chilled water downflow units (DFUs), and VRV/VRF systems on live data centre projects
\n
• Installing associated pipework, containment, brackets and condensate drainage
\n
• Reading and working to technical/installation drawings
\n
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and complying with site health & safety requirements
\n
• Completing job documentation and installation paperwork accurately
\n
• Liaising with project managers and fellow engineers on site
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven, hands-on experience installing DX, chilled water, and/or VRV/VRF systems
\n
• F-Gas Certification (Category 1)
\n
• CSCS card (or equivalent)
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Comfortable working autonomously and reliably delivering to a high standard
\n
• Based within reasonable commuting distance of the M25/M4 corridor
\n
