Private Funds Lawyer

Our client’s Private Funds practice advises asset managers and institutional investors on some of the most complex and innovative fund structures in the market. Lawyers deliver high-value, technically sophisticated work across the full lifecycle of private funds, working closely with colleagues across the UK and global network. Recognised for both technical excellence and commerciality, the firm is a trusted adviser to leading fund managers and global investors.You will advise a diverse client base, including private equity sponsors, infrastructure and real estate funds and sovereign wealth and institutional investors. Your work will cover:• Fund formation, structuring and fundraising• Investment and co-investment arrangements• Carried interest and incentive structures• Ongoing fund operations and regulatory matters• Institutional and strategic investments into private funds.You will collaborate with specialists across funds, financial regulation, tax, corporate and finance on complex, cross-border mandates.The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in private fund formation and/or investment work, gained at a leading City or international practice.
