You will help build the operating rhythm, governance, and transparency needed to drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution.As a Controls Strategy & Innovation - Vice President within the Strategy and Innovation team in the Controls organization, you will define and drive a transformation roadmap across key controls initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve execution discipline, and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.Job responsibilitiesEstablish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organizationDefine transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to drive consistent deliveryAdvise and influence senior leaders on key decisions, trade-offs, and change approachesBuild executive-level materials and narrative updates for senior management and business leadership forumsBuild strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners, with a focus on delivery outcomesSupport the definition of target operating models, governance, and controls frameworksDrive analytics and reporting improvements by automating manual data preparation and reporting processesIdentify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communicationChampion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, recommending changes, and supporting adoptionRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsDemonstrated program and project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through executionDemonstrated experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders without direct reporting authorityStrong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define measurable outcomes, and drive delivery against milestonesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and material developmentDemonstrated change management experience, including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groupsStrong analytical skills, including the ability to understand end-to-end processes and translate insights into actionDemonstrated stakeholder management skills across business and technology partnersExperience working effectively across geographically distributed and culturally diverse teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsExperience supporting controls, governance, risk management, or operating model transformation initiativesExperience improving reporting through automation and workflow standardizationWorking knowledge of Agile delivery practices and ways of workingExperience building governance routines (for example, steering forums, metrics, and status reporting) across multiple programsJ.P.
