We are seeking a skilled Joiner Multiskill to join our team, primarily responsible for attending occupied properties to complete various repairs. This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically proficient but also excels in customer service, often acting as the face of our organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Travel between properties to perform repairs and installations, including doors, windows, kitchen units, and more.
\n
• Receive and manage a schedule of jobs via PDA or mobile device.
\n
• Perform additional tasks across multiple trades such as basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating to avoid multiple visits.
\n
• Introduce yourself professionally to tenants, explain repairs and timescales, manage expectations, and ensure homes are left clean and tidy.
\n
• Deal sensitively with vulnerable residents and report any safeguarding concerns.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Proven experience in joinery and ability to handle repairs listed.
\n
• Capability to perform multi-skilled tasks such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating.
\n
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants.
\n
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, use of PPE, and identification of asbestos risks.
\n
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
\n
