In this hands-on role, youll be at the heart of our production processensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first. You will work a total of 14 days within a 28-day period. Typically, your working pattern will be as follows:Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday & ThursdayWhat you get from usSalary: £27,260-£28,888 (Based on experience)£1,100 for working days and nights£3,000 invested in your training from day oneFree English lessons (if required)Employer matched pension up to 5%Health cash planFlexible benefits including; Corporate gym discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many moreAccess to online GP & life assuranceResponsibilities ResponsibilitiesOperating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site.Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Line Manager promptly.Qualifications RequirementsPrevious experience in a factory or production environmentPositive attitudeMotivated and drivenWilling to learnOur CompanyNatures Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and food-to-go for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe.
