Working closely with the Head of Finance, thisis a newly created positionoffering exposure to a broad and varied finance role with genuine opportunity to influence the way the finance function evolves.Be part of a collaborative, ambitious team where your ideas and initiative will be valued.Remote working with flexibility and autonomy.Opportunity to influence processes and make a genuine impact.The Job:This is a hands-on role that combines transactional finance with commercial exposure and continuous improvement, taking ownership of day-to-day financial activities while supporting the wider business.Key responsibilities to include:Processing a low volume of high-value sales invoices.Managing the purchase ledger and supplier payments.Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash records.Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.Supporting the Head of Finance with month-end activities and reporting.Partnering with the commercial team on customer contract renewals, pricing and profitability.Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements that drive efficiency.Supporting the integration of new acquisitions into the finance function.Contributing to projects as the business continues to grow.Other ad hoc duties as required.The Person:Experience in a similar role is essential .You will be organised , proactive and able to manage your own workload.A confident communicator who can build relationships across the business.You must be commercially aware with the ability to understand the wider business impact of finance.Comfortable working independently in a remote environmentNaturally curious with a mindset for improving processes and challenging the status quo.A self - starter who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.TPBN1_UKTJ
