Production Operative - Nights

We're currently recruiting Production Operatives to form a brand-new night shift team for one of our valued clients.Due to continued growth, this role plays a key part in increasing production output and efficiency, supporting the business as it scales and capitalises on rising demand.Shift Pattern:36 hours per weekMonday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00amPlus a 6-hour shift (12:00am - 6:00am) on either Sunday or Friday (TBC)To be considered;A valid forklift licence is essentialPrevious production experience in dispensary, compounding, or chemical handling is preferred, but full training can be provided if not.Duties Include;To manufacture batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely mannerTo replenish stocks/supplies when requiredFill finished batches into final pack when requiredTo take a role in continuous improvement of processesAccurate input of Batch data orders via Computer systemAdhering to manufacturing planAdopt a clean as you go approachInput to company stock takeCompliant on for accuracy and scope required by customers/demandsLiaise with all relevant parties to get queries resolved in a timely fashionEscalating queries when they reach a certain time scaleSupplying information to shift managerFlexible to customer change/manufacturing requirementJob Related SkillsForklift /Counter balance current license (essential)Previous compounding or dispensary experienceChemical material handling experienceAccurate and well organised individualExperience of working in a fast paced environmentAn individual with a flexible approachAbility to work on own initiativeAbility to react positively to tight deadlinesWhat's in it for YouCompetitive Pay - Salary £34,000Holiday - 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 2 days after 2 yrs service and 2 days each subsequent year up to a total of 30 daysFlexi time - for low sickness (following a qualifying period)Time for you - Birthday off (following successful probation)Pension Scheme - 5% employer contributions, 3% employee contributions via salary sacrifice.Company Bonus - discretionary Christmas bonus (subject to company performance)Working Week - 36 hoursFull training providedIf this role is of interest and you would like to know more, in the first instance, please apply.TPBN1_UKTJ
