Account ManagerJob Location: Poole , DorsetJob Type: PermanentSalary: Up to £31,500 per annum + BonusHours: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday 8.00am 5.00pmBenefits: 30 days holiday (inc Bank holidays), Holiday buy-back scheme; Company sick pay; Free onsite parking; Perks at Work; Cycle to Work scheme; Employee assistance programme (EAP); Company social and corporate eventsA long-standing, family-owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit an Account Manager on a permanent basis.Working within a team of 8, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.Key duties:Proactively undertaking outbound calls dailyResponding to customer email enquiriesBook appointments for Business Development Managers, ensuring all opportunities are accurately recordedManage and follow up on customer quotes, liaising with internal teams for pricing, stock, and delivery detailsAnalyse customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth and increased profitabilityIdentify and sell new or existing product opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating needs and resolving issuesStay informed on product availability, industry trends, and customer requirementsHandle customer complaints professionally, documenting and communicating resolutionsConduct account reviews with BDMs and Sales Support teamsThe successful candidate will possess;Experience in B2B or B2C environmentsConfident selling over the phone and via virtual meetingsStrong commercial awareness and ability to interpret dataKeen to develop product and industry knowledgeExcellent relationship-building skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilities to achieve win-win outcomesFor more information on this position, company or to apply for this role, please either contact our recruitment team on 01202 686000 or send your CVTPBN1_UKTJ
