Estimator (M&E) - Hybrid (Hampshire)We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Estimator to join a well-established contractor working in multiple sectors including rail, highways and utilities.You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of rail infrastructure and other sector projects. You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, and clients to develop commercially competitive bids while ensuring technical accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate cost estimates for M&E projects.Review tender documentation, specifications, and drawings.Produce detailed take-offs, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns.Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams throughout the tender process.Support tender submissions and post-tender negotiations.Maintain estimating records and pricing databases.About YouWe are keen to speak with candidates who have:Previous experience as an M&E EstimatorStrong commercial awareness and attention to detail.Excellent communication and organisational skills.The ability to manage multiple tenders and work independently.TPBN1_UKTJ
