As part of a growing and ambitious Trust, we are on a rapid improvement journey with strong opportunities for development and progression.About the RoleYou will play a key role in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where families feel connected and supported.Key responsibilities:Help develop the Community Hub as a welcoming space for familiesBuild positive relationships with parents, carers and the local communityOrganise events to encourage engagement in school lifeSupport families who may benefit from additional helpStrengthen links with feeder primary schools and support transitionSignpost families to relevant services and opportunitiesWork with pastoral and attendance teams to remove barriers to engagementPromote the school within the local communityWe are looking for someone who:Enjoys building relationships and working with peopleIs warm, approachable and compassionateHas strong communication and organisational skillsIs proactive and able to work independentlyIs committed to inclusion, belonging and communityExperience in schools, community work, youth work or customer service is desirable but not essential.
