The Client
\nIm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing social housing contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their Multiple Social Housing New Build Projects across Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.
\nThis is a great opportunity to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work across the North West.
\nThe Role
\nYoull be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, including:
\nNew Build Housing
\nInternal & external refurbishments
\nKitchen and bathroom replacements
\nCost control and commercial reporting
\nPreparing and agreeing valuations
\nManaging subcontractor accounts
\nCVRs and final accounts
\nProcurement and cost forecasting
\nWorking closely with operational teams to maximise project performance
\nThe Client
\nMy client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a social housing environment, ideally with:
\nProven experience as a Project / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within Speculative or Social housing
\nStrong knowledge of Residential
\nCommercially astute and detail-focused
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\nFull UK driving licence preferred
\nThe Package
\nSalary of £50,000 £60,000 depending on experience
