Van Driver 3.5t

Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a Van driver on behalf of our client to join their team in Marden

Hours of work:

\n
• 1pm - 9pm
\n
• Monday to Friday
\n

Pay:

\n
• £13.50 - PAYE
\n
• Weekly ( Thursday / Friday )
\n

The Role:

\n
• Delivering furniture in 3.5T vans
\n
• Delivering to houses
\n
• Crew of 2 people
\n

Duties/Responsibilities:

\n
• Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
\n
• Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
\n
• To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
\n
• To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.
\n

Essential Skills:

\n
• Must hold a valid 3.5t licence.
\n
• Must have experience in driving a commercial vehicles
\n
• Good communication skills.
\n
• Good customer relations.
\n
• Have a safe driving record.
\n
• No more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations.
\n
• No DRs, INs or DDs offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
\n
• Must be over 25
\n
