\nAs a Cover Supervisor, you deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 to KS5, ensuring students remain engaged and on task while their teacher is absent. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in education, as well as experienced education professionals looking for flexible work.
\nYou will have the opportunity to build valuable classroom experience while developing your behaviour management and leadership skills.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5. \n
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. \n
- Ensure students remain engaged and complete set work. \n
- Provide support and guidance where necessary. \n
Who We Are Looking For

- Recent graduates considering teacher training or a career in education. \n
- Experienced Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, Tutors, Youth Workers, and Learning Mentors. \n
- Individuals with experience working with young people in coaching, mentoring, sports, community, or support roles. \n
- Confident and professional individuals seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments. \n
No previous Cover Supervisor experience is required.
\nThe Ideal Candidate Will Have

- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). \n
