Office based: Leeds (Including Site visits across Yorkshire & surrounding areas) Remuneration: £60,000neg + Company Car allowance

Benefits: Company pension, 25 Days annual leave, Health schemes & Comprehensive benefits package The role of Quantity Surveyor - Commercial & Industrial Construction will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a varied range of commercial & industrial works, including new build, refurbishment and fit-out
\n
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations
\n
• Liaising with Site / Contract Managers to ensure each project is successfully running.
\n
• Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope
\n
• Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors
\n
• Working on up to 6 projects at one time, varying in size from £40k to £2m
\n

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Commercial & Industrial Construction with:

\n
• Must have extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the commercial or/and industrial sector (open to candidates from varied backgrounds including; fit-out, design & build, building products, civils, drainage etc.)
\n
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
\n
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
\n
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
\n
• Full UK driving license
\n
