Location: Bromley / OrpingtonStart Date: September 2026Hours: Full-time, standard nursery working hours

We are looking for a passionate, caring and reliable Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team from September 2026.

The Role\n

The successful candidate will support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

  • \n

    Providing high-quality care and support to children

    • \n
  • \n

    Planning and supporting engaging activities appropriate to children's ages and stages of development

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting children's learning and development

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment

    • \n
  • \n

    Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues

    • \n
  • \n

    Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures

    • \n
We're Looking For Someone Who:\n
    \n
  • \n

    Has previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting

    • \n
  • \n

    Holds a relevant childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare)

    • \n
  • \n

    Is caring, enthusiastic, dependable and hardworking

    • \n
  • \n

    Has a good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS

    • \n
  • \n

    Works well as part of a team

    • \n
  • \n

    Is passionate about providing excellent care and learning opportunities for children

    • \n
DBS Requirement\n

Applicants must have a fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to pay for and complete a new enhanced DBS check before commencing employment.
