Nursery Manager - Temporary Contract

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, with an ASAP start and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

The Role:

• Lead, support and motivate an experienced team

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery

• Maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding

• Support curriculum planning in line with Development Matters
\n
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
\n

About You:

• Relevant Early Years qualification
\n
• Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience
\n
• Confident, organised and approachable leadership style
\n
• Passionate about providing outstanding early years experiences
\n
