As a Group Tax Manager in London, you'll oversee all aspects of tax compliance and planning for a not-for-profit organisation. This role is key to ensuring the organisation meets its tax obligations while identifying opportunities for efficiencies.

- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to maximise efficiencies. \n
- Provide advice on tax implications for business decisions and projects. \n
- Oversee tax reporting requirements and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities. \n
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data for tax purposes. \n
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors. \n
- Provide training and support to colleagues on tax-related matters. \n
Profile
\nA successful Group Tax Manager should have:

- A strong background in tax compliance and planning, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. \n
- Professional tax qualifications, such as CTA or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) \n
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation. \n
- Experience in managing relationships with external advisors and regulatory bodies. \n
- Strong communication skills to provide clear tax advice to non-specialists. \n
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying tax-saving opportunities. \n
