Senior Finance Business Partner | £57-63k | Children's Charity | 12 month FTC | 2 days in Central London office
\nThis Senior Finance Business Partner role is a maternity contract to join an iconic children's charity. This role is a varied position working with passionate stakeholders within the charity as well as managing a strong team of Business Partner/Management Accountants. This role will be working closely with the senior stakeholders across various areas such as commercial income generation or the charity services. This role will require a qualified accountant with a strong technical background.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Working as a senior member of a productive and collaborative FP&A team, managing a small team of motivated staff. \n
- Delivering excellent service to various stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective working relationships, with the ability to adapt the approach depending on the needs of the individual stakeholders. \n
- Overseeing and updating Management Accounts, investigating variances, and identifying areas for improvement \n
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide support and up-to-date information relating to budgets and forecast information \n
- Prepare and deliver KPIs and budgets in line with the organisation's long-term strategy \n
- Analysing metrics and other data to ensure accurate and relevant reporting \n
Person Specification
\n- \n
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders of complex needs and requirements. \n
- Experience of working in the Charity sector \n
- Experience of management accounting \n
- Ideally experience of managing a small team, or supervising junior staff \n
- Excellent technical skills including advanced Excel skills \n
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious character with a proactive mindset \n
