An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team in Leeds. Working on a broad range of complex, high value disputes, you will advise an impressive client base while working with colleagues across an international network on challenging cross border matters.

Description

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual, corporate and financial services disputes and civil fraud matters.
\n
• Managing cases from pre action strategy through to resolution.
\n
• Drafting court documents including pleadings, witness statements and evidence.
\n
• Working closely with colleagues across international offices on complex cross border disputes.
\n
• Taking ownership of key workstreams while receiving support from experienced senior lawyers.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
\n
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking opportunities.
\n
• Delivering commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base.
\n

Profile

The successful candidate will be around 4 years PQE and it is likely that you will already be working for a large regional, national or international law firm.

You will have ties to Leeds.
