\nLocation: London (office based)
\nSalary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
\nContract: Temp to perm
\nStart Date: September
\nWorking Pattern: Office-based
\nOur client is looking for an experienced International Paralegal to join a busy in-house legal team in London. This is a broad, hands-on position supporting an international business across commercial contracts, partnerships, corporate governance and general legal administration.
\nThere is a strong preference for a career paralegal with established experience, rather than someone looking to use the position primarily as a route towards qualifying as a solicitor.
\nThe Role
\nYou'll work closely with the international legal team, taking ownership of a varied workload and helping ensure contracts, partnerships and wider legal processes run efficiently.
\nResponsibilities will include:

- Managing commercial contracts from initial drafting through to signature and filing \n
- Supporting partnership agreements and coordinating the contract execution process \n
- Preparing first drafts of contracts, licences, letters, notices and other legal documentation \n
- Managing electronic signatures and maintaining contract management systems \n
- Supporting vendor and commercial partner onboarding \n
- Maintaining corporate records and supporting entity management and governance \n
- Assisting with compliance documentation, company policies and meeting minutes \n
- Acting as a key liaison between internal lawyers, external counsel and teams across the business \n
- Coordinating external legal counsel, invoices and payments \n
- Carrying out legal research and gathering information when required \n
- Providing transactional and general administrative support across the legal team \n
- Updating policies and preparing materials for internal training \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous paralegal experience within an in-house legal team or law firm is essential \n
- Ideally an experienced career paralegal who is comfortable taking ownership of their workload \n
- Previous commercial contracts experience would be highly advantageous \n
- Experience using contract management systems and DocuSign \n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines \n
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Confident dealing with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation \n
- Legal qualifications such as CPE/GDL, LPC or CILEX would be advantageous but are not essential \n
- Fluency in French, German or Italian is advantageous but not essential \n
