The Opportunity

\n

Our client is looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical Cluster Revenue Manager to join its Revenue Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue. The role will be responsible for maximising revenue performance across a portfolio of seven hotels, using data, market intelligence, pricing strategy, inventory management and emerging technology to drive commercial results.

\n

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio within a growing international hotel business. The successful candidate will combine strong revenue management fundamentals with a genuine appetite for AI, automation and new technology, using insight to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities.

\n

The role will be predominantly London based, with a minimum of three days per week in the Victoria office, alongside travel to hotels across the UK and Europe when required. The portfolio will be determined according to the successful candidate's experience.

\n

\n

What you'll do

\n

Working closely with the Head of Revenue and wider commercial leadership team, you will support the development and implementation of revenue strategies across your portfolio. This will include determining business mix, pricing by season and day type, inventory strategy and tactical responses to changing market conditions.

\n

\n

You will analyse performance across occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, lead times and segment mix, combining internal performance data with competitor and market intelligence. You'll use platforms such as CoStar/MKG, Lighthouse and other business intelligence tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate these into clear commercial actions.

\n

\n

Forecasting will be a key part of the role, with responsibility for maintaining accurate monthly forecasts across rooms and revenue by segment. You'll combine RMS recommendations, AI-supported analysis, booking pick-up, events and market conditions to develop robust forward-looking commercial plans.

\n

\n

On a day-to-day basis, you'll make revenue optimisation decisions covering pricing, inventory, segment controls, group quotations and distribution channels. You'll ensure recommendations are clearly communicated and implemented, while working closely with hotel teams to establish a strong revenue management culture.

\n

\n

You'll also be expected to embrace AI, automation and emerging technologies, using them to improve reporting, identify demand patterns, support scenario planning and enhance commercial decision-making.

\n

\n

As a knowledge expert within the business, you'll keep abreast of developments in revenue management, technology and market trends, sharing insight across the organisation and helping to continuously improve the group's approach.
