The Role

\n

As a CRO Analyst, you will support and deliver conversion rate optimisation initiatives across key digital platforms.

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n
    \n
  • Analysing customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience
  • \n
  • Using tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and user research to generate actionable insights
  • \n
  • Designing, coordinating, and evaluating A/B tests and other experimentation programmes
  • \n
  • Prioritising optimisation opportunities based on commercial impact and customer insight
  • \n
  • Working closely with Trading, Product, Design, and Digital teams to implement improvements
  • \n
  • Monitoring performance, measuring ROI, and reporting on testing outcomes
  • \n
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research to support optimisation strategies
  • \n
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of a mature test-and-learn culture
  • \n

Your Skills & Experience

\n
    \n
  • Strong commercial experience within CRO, eCommerce analytics, or digital optimisation
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience with CRO platforms such as Contentsquare, AB Tasty, or similar tools
  • \n
  • Understanding of customer journey analysis, UX principles, and online user behaviour
  • \n
  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating findings into business recommendations
  • \n
  • Experience presenting insights and test results to stakeholders
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving digital environment
  • \n

Desirable:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, or other web analytics tools
  • \n
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • \n
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
  • \n
