\nThe Role
\nAs a CRO Analyst, you will support and deliver conversion rate optimisation initiatives across key digital platforms.
\nResponsibilities include:

- Analysing customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience \n
- Using tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and user research to generate actionable insights \n
- Designing, coordinating, and evaluating A/B tests and other experimentation programmes \n
- Prioritising optimisation opportunities based on commercial impact and customer insight \n
- Working closely with Trading, Product, Design, and Digital teams to implement improvements \n
- Monitoring performance, measuring ROI, and reporting on testing outcomes \n
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research to support optimisation strategies \n
- Contributing to the ongoing development of a mature test-and-learn culture \n
Your Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Strong commercial experience within CRO, eCommerce analytics, or digital optimisation \n
- Hands-on experience with CRO platforms such as Contentsquare, AB Tasty, or similar tools \n
- Understanding of customer journey analysis, UX principles, and online user behaviour \n
- Comfortable interpreting data and translating findings into business recommendations \n
- Experience presenting insights and test results to stakeholders \n
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving digital environment \n
Desirable:

- Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, or other web analytics tools \n
- Understanding of SEO principles \n
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com \n
