Production Operative required in Ledbury, paying £13.00 per hour, Temporary Ongoing, Weekly Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday)

\n Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well established and manufacturer of frozen products based in Ledbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production team on a temporary ongoing basis, with full time hours and weekly rotating shifts. Due to the nature of the products, you will be working in a chilled environment with temperatures typically between 0°C and 4°C.

The Role:

• As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
\n
• Picking stock from designated locations and supplying production areas.
\n
• Replenishing stock to ensure continuous production.
\n
• Packing products efficiently and accurately on the production line.
\n
• Checking product weights meet required specifications.
\n
• Carrying out quality control checks to company standards.
\n
• Labelling products with the correct batch codes and information.
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
\n
• Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures at all times.
\n

What We're Looking For\n
\n

\n
• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
\n
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
\n
• Comfortable working in chilled conditions (0°C to 4°C).
\n
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
\n
• Flexible to work the weekly rotating shift pattern.
\n

Hours of Work\n
\n

• Weekly Rotating Monday to Friday Shifts:
\n
• Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 (37.5 hours)
\n
• Week 2: 14:00 - 22:30 (40 hours)
\n

Pay Rate:\n
\n £13.00 per hour\n
