The Role• Lead electrical design on GMP & pharmaceutical projects • Oversee LV distribution & standby power systems • Design power infrastructure for laboratories & process equipment • Lead and mentor electrical design teams • Act as senior client interface • Contribute to business development & strategic growth • Sign off technical deliverables What They’re Looking For• Strong consultancy background (essential) • 10+ years electrical building services design • Pharmaceutical / life sciences experience • Experience in regulated / GMP environments • Chartered or working toward IET • Leadership ambition aligned to Director progression
