Salary37000 - 400000 per annumSalary dependent on experienceTermPermLocationRayleigh, EssexAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast paced and well established organisation based near Rayleigh. This is a varied role, supporting managers across the business with a wide range of people matters and contributing to the delivery of a high-performing, engaged workforce.Working closely with the wider HR team, you will play a key role in delivering high quality HR support and solutions. You’ll provide advice to line managers, support employee relations processes, and contribute to driving improvement and engagement across the business.Key Details:Starting salary between 37-40kHybrid working opportunitiesGenerous holiday allowanceVarious other enhanced benefitsProgression and development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to employees, managers, and HR colleaguesAdvise line managers on various HR topics, as well as delivering training and coachingSupport and manage a range of employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance mattersReview and update HR policies in line with current legislation and best practicePrepare and manage HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and complianceContribute to onboarding processes and the delivery of HR metrics and reportingSupport employee engagement activities, as well as supporting with reward processesAssist with recruitment, including pre-screening and coordinationAssist with payroll activities where requiredSupport office and facilities coordination and workplace H&S complianceAbout You:Proven experience in an HR Advisor or comparable HR roleStrong experience managing employee relations cases in wholeGood understanding of up to date UK employment lawConfident using HR systems and data as well as Microsoft Office packagesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to think ahead and work strategicallyCIPD qualified or equivalent work experience Ability to influence and support managers effectivelyProactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a teamIf you would like to have a confidential conversation about this role, or have any questions, please contact Helen @ Pure
