Up to £48k | Company Vehicle Provided | Permanent Position | Company Benefits & Holidays | Full-TimeLooking for Engineers across North and South LondonWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm & Life Safety Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service across a variety of commercial and industrial sites.Youll be working with a wide range of fire and life safety systems, including advanced fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and specialist suppression systems. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and commissioning of fire alarm systemsWorking on advanced and addressable fire systems across multiple manufacturersServicing and maintaining VESDA systemsCarrying out inspections and remedial works in line with industry standardsProviding a professional and customer-focused service on-siteCompleting job reports and documentation accurately using digital systemsParticipating in an out-of-hours callout rota when requiredSupporting other engineers and contributing to a positive team environmentEssential RequirementsMinimum Level 2 qualified Fire EngineerProven experience commissioning advanced fire alarm systemsStrong working knowledge of VESDA systemsBAFE extinguisher qualificationFull UK driving licenceGood IT skills and confidence using tablets/mobile devices for reportingDesirable Skills & ExperienceThe following are advantageous but not essential, as further training may be provided:Experience with kitchen suppression systems (Ansul preferred)Knowledge of PAVA systemsExperience with access control and door entry systemsGent or Protec system training/certificationWhat Were Looking ForWere looking for someone who is:Professional and confident when dealing with clients and the publicReliable, punctual, and well organisedWilling to travel as part of the roleAble to work independently and use initiativeA strong team player with a positive attitude, and willing to work as part of the team on the call-out rota.Committed to high standards of workmanship and safetyFull UK Driving LicenceJoin a team where safety comes first, your contribution matters, and your career has room to grow.
