Conveyancing SolicitorLocation: SalisburyWorking Pattern: Full-time, hybrid working optionalSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceHoliday: 25 days + bank holidays, increasing with length of serviceThe OpportunityTSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing law firm in Salisbury who are looking to strengthen their residential property team with the appointment of an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience who is looking for a role where they can take ownership of their caseload, work closely with clients and play an active role in the continued development of a growing department.The firm places a strong emphasis on high-quality client care, manageable caseloads and a supportive working environment, with excellent administrative support allowing fee earners to focus on delivering a first-class service.The RoleYou will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.Your caseload will include:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityTitle checks and investigation of titleReviewing and drafting contracts and property documentationRaising and responding to enquiriesSearches and Land Registry applicationsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third partiesIdentifying and proactively resolving issues throughout the transactionEnsuring matters progress efficiently and in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and lender requirementsMaintaining accurate case management recordsManaging client expectations and delivering a consistently high level of customer serviceThere will also be opportunities to contribute to business development, client retention and the continued growth of the residential property department.About YouThe successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least three years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.You will have:A strong background in residential conveyancingExperience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervisionGood knowledge of property law, Land Registry procedures and lender requirementsExcellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlinesStrong communication and client management skillsExperience using LEAP or a similar conveyancing case management systemA genuine commitment to delivering excellent client serviceWhats on Offer?This is a role designed to offer a good balance of professional autonomy, support and progression.The firm offers:Competitive salary, dependent on experiencePerformance-related bonus opportunitiesReasonable, manageable caseloadsExcellent administrative supportFlexible working arrangements25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with serviceCareer development and progression opportunitiesOngoing training and professional developmentPension schemeHealth insuranceSupportive and collaborative working environmentA genuinely friendly and client-focused teamThe role will report directly into the Head of Property, providing the successful candidate with excellent exposure to the wider department and opportunities to contribute to its continued growth.The Working EnvironmentThe firm prides itself on creating a friendly and collaborative workplace where people are supported to do their best work.
