Help create a culture where people thrive.At Teign Housing, were driven by a simple purpose: homes people love, from a landlord you can trust.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development Partner to play a key role in shaping our future workforce someone who can bring together great hiring, meaningful development and strong culture to make a real impact.Why this role mattersThis is a unique hybrid role combining recruitment expertise with organisational development.Lead how we attract and hire great peopleBuild capability through learning, development, and leadership programmesShape a values-led, inclusive cultureHelp ensure we have the right people, with the right skills, at the right timeYou will partner with senior leaders and managers to turn our People Strategy into reality improving both colleague experience and organisational performance.What youll be doingTalent acquisition & employer brand:Own full-cycle recruitment from attraction through to onboardingBuild innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcingLead the development of our employer brand and candidate experienceDesign tailored recruitment approaches for specialist and senior rolesCreate strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill rolesOrganisational development & capability:Design and deliver learning and development programmesBuild career pathways, succession plans, and talent pipelinesSupport leadership development through workshops, coaching, and facilitationWork with managers to identify skills gaps and implement the right solutionsSystems, data & continuous improvement:Lead optimisation of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Management System (LMS)Use data and insight to improve recruitment and development outcomesDrive automation, efficiency, and a high-quality user experience across systemsCulture, engagement & performance:Support delivery of our People Strategy, particularly around culture and inclusionContribute to engagement initiatives and colleague experience improvementsDeliver interventions that enhance team and individual performanceProjects & change:Lead or contribute to cross-organisational People projectsEnsure policies, processes, and tools are modern, simple, and effectiveWhat you will bringWere looking for someone who can combine creativity, insight, and delivery.Experience & expertise:Experience in recruitment and/or organisational development rolesProven ability to attract and hire across a range of roles and levelsExperience designing and delivering L&D or OD interventionsStrong understanding of ATS, LMS, and modern talent practicesAbility to build trusted relationships with managers and leadersSkills that make the difference:Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skillsAbility to analyse data and diagnose organisational needsExcellent planning and delivery capabilityCreative and proactive in solving talent and development challengesYour style:Positive, collaborative, and solutions-focusedCurious and innovative, with a willingness to challenge constructivelyValues-driven, with a strong commitment to EDI&BFocused on outcomes that genuinely add valueOur values (and how we work)At Teign Housing, our values shape everything we do:We are One TeamWe are FriendlyWe Listen & LearnSalary: £42,895 per annum + benefits.Contract and Hours: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week.Location: Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4PH.Closing date: 1st September 2026.Interview date: TBC.Applications will be considered as they are received, so early applications are encouraged.
