Payroll Specialist 12 Months FTC

This is a fantastic chance to bring your expertise into a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll services.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to-end payroll processing for all colleagues, including reconciliation of salaries, pensions and benefit GLsActing as an SME for technical payroll escalations, resolving queries in line with policy and legislationDelivering accurate monthly payrolls, HMRC submissions, year-end tax activity (P60, P11D, benefit statements) and finance reportingCompleting monthly tasks including FPS submissions, payslips/P45s, auto-enrolment duties and pension uploadsProviding timely responses to payroll and pension queries to ensure a great colleague experienceAbout YouExcellent knowledge of Oracle HCMConfidence handling complex pay, pension and HMRC queriesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to identify process efficiencies and implement improvementsStrong organisational skills to manage varied daily tasksIf you are interested in the role please apply!We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
