Finance Lawyer

A global law firm in London has opened a new opportunity for a junior Banking & Finance lawyer. We are looking for a junior associate who has experience in acquisition finance, leverage finance, asset-based lending, and fund finance.

Applicants may be NQ - 2 PQE and must have experience in acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. This is a great firm which offers a super supportive culture and enthusiastic partners who will provide close support and guidance.
