What will you do?

\n
• Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL & RTA personal injury claims
\n
• Manage your caseload from start to finish
\n
• Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
\n
• Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
\n
• Instruct and brief counsel
\n
• Assist supervising solicitor with post-litigated cases
\n

What will you need?

\n
• 4+ years’ experience handling a mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload including EL/PL & RTA matters
\n
• (Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential)
\n
• Strong knowledge of MoJ Portal CPR
\n
• Pre-Litigation experience
\n
• Post litigation experience is beneficial, but not essential
\n
