The role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider property team.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Handling residential sales, purchases and remortgage transactions
\n
• Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
\n
• Managing files from instruction through to completion
\n
• Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties
\n
• Delivering practical and commercially focused advice
\n
• Supporting colleagues on matters as required
\n

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

• Is Scottish qualified or due to qualify shortly
\n
• Has experience managing residential conveyancing matters during traineeship or post-qualification
\n
• Has a genuine interest in property law
\n
• Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
\n
• Takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach
\n
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
\n
