At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.Please note that whilst we will accept applications on the basis of any form of valid legal permission to work in the UK, we will be surrendering the Riverside Sponsorship licence, so for the avoidance of doubt, we are unable to apply for any further sponsorships whether on behalf of existing colleagues or candidates.The difference you will make as a Senior Programme Officer You will support the regional Asset Management function and the Head of Rationalisation and Growth, to ensure effective stock acquisitions, disposals and swaps within the region to deliver the Asset Management Strategy and the Group’s overall strategic objectives.About you We are looking for someone with • Experience in customer focused Asset Management. • Proven track record delivering stock rationalisation and acquisition programmes, ideally within the housing sector. • Thorough understanding of project management methodologies. • External Stakehold Management, including consultation Events for Customers / Staff nationally to deliver key messages and updatesWhy Riverside?
